Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping: Due to our products being handcrafted in New York City, please allow 1-2 weeks turnaround for domestic orders. International shipping rates and transit duration are subject to higher amounts with more lead time, pending destination and potential custom entrance delays. Please note we do pride ourselves on getting your order to you as quickly as we possibly can.

Please be advised that once a package is classified as “Delivered” from the postal service selected by the customer, kay gamby handcrafted is no longer responsible for the shipment that might land in question. This applies to all domestic and international shipments. For shipping methods that provide insurance, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim for any damages, theft, or loss. We will be more than happy to forward proof of the related postal delivery notation and reference to our meticulous packing protocol, if this assists for follow up. 

If you are not home to receive the package and do not make arrangement to have it redelivered to your chosen address or pick it up at the indicated post office location, kay gamby handcrafted is not responsible for the cost of reshipping or the involvement that might occur with finding a misdirected delivery.

Taxes and Duties:  Applicable New York state sales tax will be charged for New York shipping addresses and collected at time of payment.  For international orders, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS:

USPS Priority Mail: We highly recommend this shipping service for all domestic orders. Most USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive within 2-5 business days from when they are shipped and this selected priority status provides tracking of packages for customers to trace any questions on delivery. This method also includes insurance up to $50 with most shipments, restrictions apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

DHL International (Express): We highly recommend this shipping service for all international orders.  Most DHL International Express shipments arrive within 5-7 business days from when they are shipped.  DHL has built in tracking for the potential of customers locating any undelivered package. 

Returns and Exchanges: 

We hope each piece of the kay gamby handcrafted collection ordered will be personally well received, shining with the TLC applied to each one of our NYC hand embellished products.  However, if there is a need to exchange any of your online orders, you may return the item/s at your expense within 14 days of your delivery date for CREDIT ONLY.  Items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. Shipping costs, gift cards, and custom pieces cannot be refunded for cash reimbursement.

Procedure for Returns: Once we receive your returned undamaged goods, within the 14 day deadline, you will be sent an online store voucher via your specified e-mail for the value of the goods returned. This credit code can be used towards your next online kay gamby handcrafted purchase within a month's period (30 days) from issued date to make good.

PLEASE NOTE:  THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURN OF GOODS.
